From the moment you reach out, you work directly with Dr. J.D. Naig and his wife Jill—no front desk staff, no hand-offs, just genuine connection and straightforward answers. Our philosophy is simple: we care for anyone with a spine.
How Our Practice Got Started
As a kid, Dr. Naig watched his dad and brother benefit from regular adjustments, and those experiences set his career path. In fact, he knew as early as fifth or sixth grade that he wanted to become a chiropractor.
Seeing firsthand how chiropractic care helped his family left a lasting impression and inspired him to help others in the same way. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport in 2011, he worked as an associate before opening Naig Family Chiropractic in February 2014.
What began as a single-room office has grown into a convenient space in a local strip mall, right next to Pizza Ranch and China Moon, with plenty of free parking and the same small-practice feel Dr. Naig always envisioned.

What Makes Our Approach Different
We focus on being highly specific—to your spine and your individual needs. During your first visit, Dr. Naig uses a detailed exam and, in most cases, on-site X-rays, followed by a hands-on adjustment, all in about 30 minutes. Every decision is guided by your unique findings, history, and goals.
Growing up in a small town shaped how our chiropractor believes health care should feel. He wanted to create a practice where patients are known by name, conversations feel comfortable, and care is always personal. That’s why you’ll work directly with Dr. Naig and Jill throughout your experience, rather than being passed between multiple staff members.

There are no long-term contracts or prepaid care plans. You pay as you go and decide how far to take your care. We accept most major insurances, including Medicare, and work with HSA and FSA accounts. All paperwork is digital, so getting started is simple.
