Your First Visit: What to Expect
Your first appointment usually takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Naig will get to know you, review your health history, and perform an exam. Most patients get X-rays during this visit for a clear look at what’s happening with your spine. In most cases, you’ll also receive your first adjustment during this appointment, allowing care to begin right away.
Your Second Visit and Beyond
At your second visit, you’ll receive a detailed report of findings, including a review of your X-rays and a discussion about what Dr. Naig sees and recommends moving forward. You’ll also receive another adjustment during this visit, helping you continue building momentum toward your goals. From there, future visits focus on hands-on adjustments tailored to your needs and goals.

If you don’t have insurance, we explain fees up front. With insurance, we’ll verify coverage and check your copays or coinsurance. We accept most major plans in Iowa, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare, plus HSA and FSA cards. Pay per visit or on a schedule that fits you.
